1. Refund Eligibility:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email protected] and received before the start date of the course.
Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the course start date.
2. Refund Process:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the refund request.
3. Refund Amount:
If a refund request is received within the eligible timeframe, the refund amount will be 80% of the total course fee.
The remaining 20% of the course fee will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
Registration fees, materials fees, or any other non-refundable fees associated with the course are not eligible for a refund.
5. No Refund:
No refunds will be given after the course started.
Failure to attend the course does not entitle the student to a refund.
6. Transfers:
If you are unable to attend the course you enrolled in, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future course session, subject to availability and within 30 days of the original course start date.
